Oreo Cookies
2 devil's food cake mixes
6 eggs
1 cup shortening
Mix together the cake mixes, eggs and shortening. Roll into small balls, put onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10 min. When cool frost one cookie with the "Stuffing" and place one more cookie on top.
Stuffing
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powered sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix together until creamy.

Ok, those look sooooooo good! I shouldn't have seen those with baby weight to lose...I'll try to forget! :)
Those look so good I bet my kids would love them. I on the other hand need to stay away I bet I put on 10 pounds on the cruise.
